Assessment overview

The assessment overview shows the credit assessor’s perspective of the customer’s application and allows the assessor to lock the application to prevent any further modifications by the customer or lender.

The credit policy guidelines are divided into four main categories:

• Asset Position
• Serviceability
• Character
• Conditions

Once all sections are ‘Accepted’ then the application is deemed to be approved. Once a loan is approved then loan documents are automatically forwarded to solicitors or generated via our proprietary ‘NimoSign’ or via Docusign by lenders choice.
