    Communication overview

    Email (customer correspondence):

    This field corresponds with which email the customer see when they receive an email notification from lender.

    SMS (customer correspondence):

    This field corresponds with which SMS the customer sees when they receive an SMS notification from lender. This includes external services such as digital ID

    Company mobile:

    This field corresponds with the SMS the staff see when they receive an SMS notification from customer when customer clicks the notify lender button.

    Company phone:

    Standard company phone number which the customer does not see.

    Company home URL:

    This is the company website address. (placeholder for future features)

    Company signature (placeholder for future features)

     

      Notifications:

      The Below relates to Notifications being sent to customers during different stages of the application process:

      • Save Module Notification
      • Application submission Notification
      • Application to Assessment Notification
      • Application Approved Notification
      • Application Settled Notification
      • Application Declined Notification
      • Notification to Staff – See company mobile above

      The inputs required are the following:

      • BCC – blind email a central inbox the email correspondence
      • Email Subject
      • Email Body (this would also include a link to the application)
      • Send SMS to customer – same message as above however in SMS format with a limited character count.

      Customer Reminders (1-3 triggers):

      Reminds customer to complete incomplete applications or uploaded missing documents via email and text.

      Make this setting the amount of days that your teams are taking to review to either:

      • Request more info
      • Decline, or
      • Submit to Settlement

      As the trigger for this feature is the Application stage with the days since modified values, and does not consider if there are any items still required as all complete application should progressed through the Application stage.

      Fields required would be:

      • Send after days from last update – enter number of days you want the reminder after last update occurrence.
      • Email header message
      • SMS header message

       

      More information required Notification:

      Lender can also notify a customer by clicking on the following to request further information and an email and/or SMS would be sent to the customer directing them to the customer portal.

       

       

       

      Customer welcome email:

      The welcome email is sent out once the loan is setted, the email would include the internet banking user logins details)

      Customer Password Reset email:

      The email will be sent out with internet banking reset details

      Customer MFA:

      (One time password – multifactor authentication)

      Product Statement Footer:

      This appears at the bottom of the bank statement.

      Lender Notification:

      After the customer enters enters their customer details into their application NIMO automatically sends a SMS to the lender to notify the lender of an application in progress, which includes the name, address and contact details of the customer as per below:
