Needs analysis – refers to meeting Responsible lending (RG 209) questions.

Responsible Lending Flags – are indicators that are retrieved from a customer’s accounts, such as the number of dishonoured payments, gambling activity, collection notices, or overdrawn accounts. These flags help to identify potential issues that may be relevant to determining the customer’s creditworthiness, and what is allowed within the lender’s credit guidelines and policy.

Assessment Attachments – allow the credit team to add notes or other relevant documents to a customer’s credit assessment, to aid in the decision-making process. These attachments can be used to provide additional information or context that may be useful when evaluating the customer’s creditworthiness.
